Terms of Service
Effective TBD
These terms are an agreement between you and TODO: legal entity name for use of Simulated Odds. You must be at least 13 (16 where EU law requires) to use the service.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time in Settings → Billing and keep access until the end of the paid period. We'll give notice before any price change.
Your content
You own what you put into the service and give us a license to host and process it to provide the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of TODO: state.
