Refund Policy

Cancelling

Cancel online at any time in Settings → Billing → Manage billing. No call or chat is needed. You keep paid features until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

TODO(owner): choose a refund window (for example, a full refund on request within 14 days of your first charge). To request a refund, email support@simulatedodds.com.

Changing plans

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated: you pay the difference for the rest of the current period. Downgrades apply a prorated credit to your next invoice.

Your data after cancelling

Your workspace moves to the free plan and your data stays until you delete your account. You can export it any time from Settings → Account.
